Lotenix Technology LLC, operator of Glide, is committed to ensuring that the Glide platform is accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard across our website and mobile applications.
Drivers on the Glide platform are required by Glide policy and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to transport riders accompanied by service animals at no extra charge. Refusing service to a rider with a service animal is grounds for permanent removal from the platform.
Glide is working to expand WAV availability across our service area. Riders requiring a WAV can flag this preference in the rider app, and we will match them with the nearest available driver whose vehicle meets WAV requirements.
