GLIDE (rider app) and GLIDE Driver by Lotenix Technology LLC · Last updated: October 15, 2026
You can ask us to delete your GLIDE account and the personal information linked to it at any time, whether you ride, drive, or both. You don't need to keep the app installed.
Option 1 — In the app
GLIDE (rider app)
- Open GLIDE and sign in.
- Tap Account → Privacy & security → the Data tab → Delete Account, and confirm.
GLIDE Driver
- Open GLIDE Driver and sign in.
- Open Settings, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account, and confirm.
Option 2 — By email (no app needed)
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my GLIDE account". Tell us whether it's your rider account, your driver account, or both.
What happens next
- We confirm the request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
- Any money owed is settled first: open trip payments, refunds, and driver earnings are paid out before the account closes.
- After deletion you can't sign in, and your profile, saved places, payment methods, profile photo, trusted contacts and settings are removed.
What we keep, and for how long
Some records must be kept by law or to resolve disputes, as described in our Privacy Policy:
- Trip, rating and payment records — kept for 7 years for tax, legal and dispute-resolution obligations.
- Basic account information — kept for up to 90 days after deletion, then removed.
- Driver background-check reports — kept as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
- Safety reports and any trip audio uploaded with one — kept for up to 90 days unless needed for a legal claim or required by law.
Only want to remove some data?
