This California Privacy Notice applies to California residents and explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").

In the past 12 months, Lotenix Technology LLC (operator of Glide) has collected the following categories of personal information from California residents:

• Identifiers: name, email, phone number, IP address, device ID, account ID.
• Customer records: driver's license number, address, date of birth, Social Security Number (drivers only — collected for background screening; not retained in cleartext).
• Geolocation: precise GPS during active app use.
• Commercial information: trip history, payment records, ratings, tips.
• Internet activity: app interaction logs, device events, crash reports.
• Sensory information: profile photos, identity-verification selfies.
• Inferences: service preferences derived from usage patterns.

2. Purposes for Collection

We collect this information for the business and commercial purposes described in our Privacy Policy: providing the Service, processing payments, verifying drivers, ensuring safety, complying with law, and improving the platform.

3. Sources of Information

Directly from you (account creation, app use), automatically (device sensors, app telemetry), and from third parties (Checkr for background checks, Stripe for payment authorization, Mapbox/Google for location services).

4. Categories Disclosed for Business Purposes

We disclose personal information to the service providers identified in Section 3.2 of our Privacy Policy. These disclosures are for legitimate business purposes (operating the Service) and are governed by contracts that prohibit further use.

5. We Do Not Sell or "Share" Personal Information

Glide does not sell personal information. Glide does not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not display third-party advertising on the Service.

6. Sensitive Personal Information

We collect Social Security Numbers and driver's license numbers solely for the purpose of conducting background checks and verifying driver identity. We do not use this information to infer characteristics or for any other secondary purpose.

7. Your CCPA Rights

California residents have the right to:

• Know: Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
• Delete: Request that we delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions (we must retain trip and tax records).
• Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Limit Use of Sensitive Information: Direct us to limit use of SSN and driver's license to background-check and identity-verification purposes only (this is already our practice).
• Non-discrimination: Exercise these rights without being denied service or charged a different price.

8. How to Exercise Your Rights

We will verify your identity using account information you provide. We respond within 45 days (extendable to 90 days for complex requests, with notice).
