After a GLIDE trip, riders and drivers rate each other from 1 to 5 stars. Ratings are averaged over each person's last 100 rated trips, and clear thresholds trigger a review — for drivers and riders alike.
Riders rate drivers and drivers rate riders after each trip — stars, optional tags and an optional comment. Your feedback isn't shown to the other person with your name on it, so you can be honest.
Once someone has at least 10 ratings, their average of the last 100 is checked after each new rating.
Beyond stars, you can pick tags like "Safe driving", "Clean car", "Friendly" or "On time" — or flag concerns like "Reckless driving" or "Car needs cleaning". Tags help our team spot patterns.
Drivers and riders can see their own rating in the app. Drivers get a heads-up if their average drops below 4.30, so they can turn things around.
Your rating and comment aren't shown to the other person with your name attached, so you can give honest feedback without awkwardness.
No action is taken until someone has at least 10 ratings, so one bad trip can't sink a new driver or rider. After that, only the last 100 ratings count.
GLIDE's two-way ratings help keep every ride respectful for riders and drivers alike.
